What data we process
You don't fill in any forms on this website. Booking takes place in the Altegio booking system, where you provide your name, phone number and optionally your email. We process this data to provide the service you booked (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
With your consent we use analytics and marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details are on the Cookies page.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the website securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share data with
Altegio (booking system), Cloudflare (hosting) and, if you consented, Google (Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Pixel). Some of them may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long
We keep booking data as long as needed to provide the service and as required by accounting and tax law. Cookie lifetimes are listed on the Cookies page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time in the cookie settings in the footer.
You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
